MacDonald-Miller: Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Contractor
This 12,000 sq. ft. project became Washington’s first LEED-CI Platinum commercial interior, as well as third in the nation. The project achieved enhanced ventilation and occupant comfort points, making it a model of both energy efficiency and comfort.
The majority of the space is naturally ventilated with a supplemental mechanical ventilation system in the interior. The server room is cooled by a high efficiency 410A split with 100% economizer section.
